

Artisan bread making in 5 minutes Yummy.
I was first introduced to this by a Sista at Storybook Woods
I had asked about whether or not it lended itself to a whole wheat recipe. But it doesn't yet although they do recommend to use all purpose unbleached flour. Well what can I say it was a hit in my home. I mean the loaf you see in the collage was gone in one sitting. It is the easiest bread I have ever made. Not only that it has no milk so it really works for Kosher eating!!! Yeah!!! So I would highly recommend this book and they are coming out with a healthy one!!! You know I am on that!!! I just made two loaves with my refrigerated dough.
Anyway just thought I'd share my new find.
